How can I get free shipping for your products?
We only do free shipping for the orders from mainland U.S.
When will my order be shipped out?
Within 1-2 business days if all your items are available to ship. Once an order has been fulfilled, you will receive one shipping update email.
How long does delivery take?
2-8 business days for the USA, 7-35 business days for other countries. You have the options to choose faster shipping if you pay additional cost.

Can I still change my shipping address even though the package has been shipped out?
Sorry, once shipped out, we can’t change the delivery address.
Can you ship to PO BOX address in the mainland U.S.?
Yes. But for the Po Box address, the extra shipping fee is charged. Please leave your physical address instead.
