We sincerely hope you are satisfied with the new product. According to the warranty policy, you can return or replace the product, and we are willing to provide the following related services:
1，Within 14 days from the date of purchase, if there is a performance failure caused by non-human damage on the equipment, you can choose to replace or return the product at one time according to the invoice price; [Warranty (excluding accessories)]
2，Free maintenance period-within 12-24 months from the date of purchase, if there is a performance failure caused by non-human damage on the equipment, you can enjoy free maintenance services, but,some maintenance materials are not free（the freight is paid by the customer）
3， Replace the product during the maintenance period. Customers can choose to replace the product instead of repairing the product, and the replaced product may be charged a part of the fee (the freight is paid by the customer) (the final interpretation right belongs to rockplas)
Rockpals Inc. warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the Rockpals product will be free from defects in workmanship and material under normal consumer use during the applicable warranty period identified in the ‘Warranty Period’ section below, subject to the exclusions set forth below. This warranty statement sets forth Rockpals’ total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
The warranty period for Rockpals power products is 24 months. In each case, the warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. The sales receipt from the first consumer purchase, or other reasonable documentary proof, is required in order to establish the start date of the warranty period.
Rockpals will repair or replace any Rockpals product that fails to operate during the applicable warranty period due to a defect in workmanship or material. If a valid claim is made during the applicable period, Rockpals, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, whichever is greater.
Limited to Original Consumer Buyer
The warranty on Rockpals’ product is limited to the original consumer purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owner.
Rockpals’ warranty does not apply to (i) any product that is misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in Rockpals’ current product literature, (ii) any product purchased through an online auction house. (iii) Rockpals official website does not accept orders from other platforms (amazon, Walmart, eaby, ect) for warranty, we will forward them to Amazon or Walmart's rockpals customer service for processing. If you can't find the source of your order or can't get in touch with them, we can handle it for you, but you can't enjoy our warranty policy, we will charge a fee for your warranty.
Rockpals’ warranty does not apply to the battery cell,various power accessories such as power cords. For the warranty of these materials, we will charge the cost appropriately.
