FAQ

FAQS
1. Would like to know Freeman 600W Power Station have a regulated power supply?
Yes, the Freeman 600W Power Station provides a 12V regulated power supply.
2. How long does it take to charge a freeman 600W with a fast charge?
Freeman 600W Power Station can support an uninterruptible power supply (pass-through charging) for DC and USB-C 156 Watt in total(but not for AC), it takes about 5 hours to fully charge the power when the voltage is stable.
3. What devices can Freeman 600 power?
The AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than total 600 Watt.
4. How to know the working times for my device? Why does the duration of some devices deviate from the actual usage data?
Working time = 614.4Wh/operating power of your device*0.9*0.92(DC Port) or 0.85(AC Port). The duration of our equipment is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment usage may vary.
5. hould I use the AC or DC output to power my CPAP machine?
Both the 110V AC and 12V DC outputs can be used to power your CPAP machine. If you wish to use DC power, Rockpals strongly recommends using a DC-to-DC converter. Your Freeman 600W power station will last longer if you connect it to the CPAP machine with the converter and turn off the machineâs heating and humidification functions. To purchase a DC-to-DC converter, consult with your CPAP supplier or reach out to us.
6. How to Convert Temperature (°C) to Fahrenheit temperature (°F)
Please press the button "Display" and "USB" for 5 seconds at the same time
